Dr Joanna Jurga is the CEO and Co-Founder of KOTA- an analog astronaut, neuro-designer, researcher and educator. She specializes in designing for psychological safety and wellbeing in isolation and extreme conditions, with two missions commanded at the Lunares Research Station. A two-time startup founder (one exit), she translates space-grade insights into everyday wellbeing technologies.
Justyna Puchalska
COO
Justyna Puchalska is the COO and Co-Founder of KOTA- a designer and strategist with 10+ years of experience in UX and home environment design. Former Design Lead at IKEA with a background in human-centered architecture, she turns complex user needs into intuitive products and living systems that support wellbeing.
